Is there actually any other way?
The Bible speaks of repentance, didn’t know what that meant but I can tell you that when I met the Master all things were changed. I now love Jesus with all my heart. Strange to think that he was always there with outstretched arms waiting for me.
So true, it’s an amazing grace that Gods son would come to this earth to suffer and die on the cross in my place. Innocent and pure he gave his precious blood to redeem a sinner like me.
Psalm 40:2
He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay,
And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm.
His love towards me is unspeakable, I should have died years ago in my sin. But he saw something in me, and has a plan for my future. What a privilege to be saved, Im so glad I said ‘YES’ when he came my way. Within an instant he cleaned me up, and used me as a witness.
Before I came to his house for the first time, while crying to him for help in my own sitting room he delivered me from the cravings of drugs. And all I asked for was PEACE, peace in my mind and soul. Peace as an innocent child, and instead he gave me everything. “I love you Jesus”
Swearing stopped!
After getting saved one day at work, while sanding a piece of metal on a grinder. A friend came over to see and talk, when suddenly the piece slipped and I scraped the skin off my finger. Nothing came out except “O dear Jesus” I was so shocked because I used profanity every second word, especially after an accident. What just happened, I couldn’t believe it myself. There was nothing I could do to stop swearing, because I just couldn’t stop. But now everything in my life was now become new. Halleluja!

He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God;

Free from smoking
Within the two weeks I was delivered from the cravings of nicotine, remember looking in the bible and seeing my yellow stand fingers marked with sin. Even in church I felt so ashamed lifting my hands, felt that the stains got just worse. Went up for prayer to be delivered from smoking, ran home and gathered everything that had to do with smoking and put it in the oven. Lit it up and preyed a prayer asking God to deliver me completely, and if I should be tempted then to become terribly sick instead.
Wow! He heard that prayer and I’ve been free ever since. A miracle indeed, even the orange nicotine stains on my fingers were gone, without chemicals. Now the stench of smoke is so sickening to me, can smell a smoker from miles away.
Hallelujah! I’m FREE indeed
Today I do believe smoking is one of Satan’s first claws in a persons life. Seen many free’d from drugs, but they just can’t seem to beat the smoke thing.
Have been used by God to help others with the same burden. Tell you later.
Satan’s claw’s removed from my life once and for all, tried many a time to free myself but always ended up twice as bad. Thankful to God for his wonder working power, where Jesus gave his life to set me free. Halleluja!
